'Dressed to Kale' Pizza

It turns out that kale is a gorgeous (and delicious) accessory to cauliflower. Make a bold statement with this super healthy combo. Trust us, one bite and this model of healthy eating will be all the rage. 

Ingredients

CAULIPOWER Plain Crust

tsp. Olive oil

cup fresh kale, stemmed and chopped
1
cup butternut squash or pumpkin puree
2
Tbsp. toasted pumpkin seeds
1/4
cup crumbled feta cheese
Cooking Instructions
Step 1

Preheat oven to 425oF

Step 2

Heat oil in medium skillet. Add kale, cook until slightly wilted, and then remove from hot stovetop

Step 3

Remove your CAULIPOWER crust from the box, plastic wrapping and cardboard, and place on a clean surface

Step 4

Spread butternut squash or pumpkin puree evenly over your CAULIPOWER plain crust, leaving 1/2 inch around the edges

Step 5

Top your crust with cooked kale, and sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds and feta

Step 6

Bake for 12 - 15 mins, or until crust appears golden-brown

Serve!
